So I had an attempt of baking cupcakes from the Hummingbird Bakery recipe book. I was extremely excited, did a hop, skip and a jump to the supermarket to buy everything I needed and then got cracking with the baking. I had high hopes of them turning out the way they are in the picture above. Unfortunately, this is how they turned out. Flat, slightly burnt, and ugly. Oh well, I suppose practice makes perfect!
